Performance, teamwork, commitment... the list goes on, but another great attribute is one not often discussed, but one we have noticed with our visits and conversations with top companies. How about a work hard/play hard mentality!? The Corporate Playbook, www.thecorporateplaybook.com, was extended an opportunity to attend the International Human Resource Conference for Enterprise Rent A Car in Dallas, TX this year and with over 700+ HR professionals in attendance; trainers, recruiters and senior leadership were provided continued education, resources from top speakers and on-going training on how to remain the top entry level recruiting company in the country. It is obvious that Enterprise values its staff and in return, everyone that we met that worked for Enterprise, seemed to really like their job. Whether it was the pool tables in the lobby, basketball goals in the conference room or Guitar Hero/Rock Band being played on the big screen TV's, the employees had a great time and we were able to take part in the festivities around their daily meetings.
